For the last 10 years, she has developed both clinical and compassionate avenues for boomers and the mature market in expressing and fulfilling themselves. Ms. Shore utilizes techniques for counseling in life stage transition: including humor, recreational and art therapies, counseling and stress management. Through her work dr. Kataria's Laughter Ambassador has reinforced the importance of the Laughter Lifestyle™ in one’s own personal and professional life. Francine's "move and groove" cardio-vascular laughter yoga workshops are designed to teach us to unleash our own humor – and give people permission to laugh in the face of adversity, trust their own humorous instincts and be downright playful. This career was set in motion in the entertainment field, where as a talent agent for eight years, Francine successfully represented actors, and as a casting associate, worked on several feature and independent films. She negotiated many scale and over scale print and commercial contracts between actors and corporations. While at Claire Casting, a commercial casting agency, she worked on one of the original Ikea campaigns, which won a Clio for most innovative casting. Francine was also a frequent lecturer on “How to Market Yourself for Commercial Auditions”.
